Surrounded by the beautiful Shropshire countryside and a trio of small boys, Melanie and Jeff created Hold upon Heart, which offers a gorgeous collection of highly personalised jewellery and gifts. Each piece tells your story, capturing a moment unique to you, be it a loved one’s fingerprint in gold or silver, your children’s hand and footprints, your pet’s pawprint, your handwritten message or doodles, or your favourite family snapshot. We now have a new range of unique ashes jewellery. Our own story began in a big city and a whirlwind of love and it is this love for family that inspired us to make jewellery with a story to tell.
