I am a Swedish born illustrator who creates design-led products for the modern family. Karin Åkesson Design was established in 2009 and I run the company together with my husband David from our home office in East London.
The product range includes a variety of designs that appeal to both children and parents alike such as prints, placemats, mugs, and children’s wear all designed by myself and made and printed in the UK.
Our designs put an emphasis on the sunny things in life making them the perfect gifts for friends and loved ones. Many of the products can be personalised by adding names and messages to make them even more special.
