I paint glass lanterns because I love the way that sunshine brings the paint colours to life, turning them into jewel-like slivers of radiance! The beauty of the rainbow rays makes me happy – and this is what I would like to pass on to you!
I took up glass painting while recovering from a serious illness in 2000 – and quickly started to concentrate on painting items that benefit from light: sun catchers for the garden or windowsill, lanterns to fill with candles or fairy lights…
