What was the inspiration behind the EP?
Life’s musings over the past few years with lockdown, and having children 🙂

Did the pandemic have an impact when recording the EP?
Hugely positive impact, I must’ve written at least 60 songs in lockdown.

How long did the EP take to create from start to finish?
7 months.

Which track was written first?
Rescued – in the first lockdown, came to me before going to bed and it wrote itself in 10 minutes.

Do you have any personal favourite tracks?
Rescued.

Were any tracks difficult to write?
Run Forever – it went through so many iterations.

What do you have coming up in the next 12 months?
Another EP is in the works for April next year; an Acoustic album of rough cuts in time for xmas, as well as more film/tv song work.
