What was the inspiration behind the EP?
The inspiration behind the EP was pushing my brand, the cover art and title of the EP “KNIGHTART” is the name of my art/clothing and merch business. Just me being creative through music as an art medium.
Did the pandemic have an impact when recording the EP?
Yes! These are old songs I mentally couldn’t finish because of the pandemic.
How long did the EP take to create from start to finish?
4 years.
Which track was written first?
Track 2. Dirty Dancin’ was written first and is probably the oldest song on the EP! With my good friend Tony KONSTON from Hare Squead.
Do you have any personal favourite tracks?
Track 2. Dirty Dancin’. I’ve listened to it over a million times and it still gives me goosebumps.
Were any tracks difficult to write?
Track 3. Ain’t no other! Not just difficult to write but it’s a totally different sound to what my fan base is use to but I love that track ! And I couldn’t name it either, had like 10 different titles for the track.
What do you have coming up in the next 12 months?
More singles but I want to book shows to showcase my art more both old and new.
