14 October 2024

What was the inspiration behind the album?
Musically – QoTSA, Cluth, Sabbath and Fu Manchu. Lyrically, Marc’s are quite observational, whereas Ian’s are rather personal.
Did the pandemic have an impact when recording the album?
We formed in the pandemic and recorded most of the album towards the end of it.
How long did the album take to create from start to finish?
A year to write and about two months to record – I think.
Which track was written first?
Just Get On With It.
Do you have any personal favourite tracks?
It changes, but Self Help For The Helpless and Mud Pie are current favourites. They are really fun live.
Were any tracks difficult to write?
Not difficult, but a few took a bit longer than others. Generally, we work rather quickly.
What do you have coming up in the next 12 months?
We’ll have some new tracks out soon, followed by album number 3. Then it’s festival slots for 2025 🙂
Genre: Alt-rock
Released: 5th May 2023
