I’m Sylvia Bird, designer and maker at Tilly & Puffin.
From my seaside home in Dingle, Ireland, I create colourful and charming hand stitched ornaments and home decor, as well as publishing sewing patterns for many of my designs.
I’m inspired by the coastal scenery and wildlife, including the mountains and beaches, puffins and gulls, and my favourite flowers, the thrift or sea-pinks which grow all along the shore.
