Independent business: Zuri House

I’m Ola, the designer and maker behind Zuri House. I was born in Ukraine, where I first learned the crochet and knitting techniques that still shape everything I create today. Years later, after moving to the UK while pregnant with my second child, I found myself craving a way to bring a bit of calm, beauty and creativity into a very chaotic season of life – and that’s how Zuri House quietly began.

What started as me making soft, textured pieces at my kitchen table has grown into a small team of talented makers who share my love for beautiful spaces and thoughtful, handmade design. Together, we create cosy knitted bean bags, cushions and baskets inspired by Scandinavian simplicity and natural materials. Every piece is crafted with care, comfort and quality in mind, made to bring warmth and gentle texture into modern homes.
